gospel, Safety, Fun

The Student Ministry at CCF exists to teach students to glorify God by loving and obeying him. We have three core values that our programs are built around: Gospel, safety, and fun.

Gospel

As ministers of the gospel, our primary goal is to make sure students hear the eternity-changing message of love and hope that is the gospel of Jesus Christ. We preach the gospel each week through the faithful teaching of God's Word.

Safety

Because kids matter to God, and kids matter to us, we work hard to maintain safe environments. Beyond safe rooms and attentive leaders, we perform background checks on all personnel that will spend time with students at CCF.

Fun

And what service to students would be complete without having fun? We know the two questions you are most likely to ask your student on the way home are "What did you learn?" and "Did you have fun?" We think intentionally about both of those goals before your kids arrive. They'll have a blast and learn solid, biblical truths.

Nursery (Birth–Preschool)

Here, kids will learn foundational truths of God's love for them as they play with age-appropriate toys in a calm environment.

Our nursery is located near the entrance to the church and is open on Sunday mornings from 9:45 to 11:45. Parents are welcome to sign in their children at any time. We have two attendants on duty and a pager system that allows us to alert parents if they are needed. Please note that we may ask for your photo ID to pick up your child after service.

Kids (K–5th grade)

Our kids program is designed to help kids gain a deeper understanding of the truths of the gospel, while building relationships in fun, new ways.

We have a K–5 class on Sunday mornings during church service. The class is held in one of the gym classrooms, and we welcome you to have your child join in after music in the sanctuary.

Please note that we may ask you for photo ID when picking up your child.

Youth (middle/high school)

Our youth program challenges students to respond to the gospel through heart-focused discussion questions and biblical teaching. They'll be trained to be others-focused doers of the Word, not just entertained.

Youth Church is held in the gym youth room on Sundays and starts after music in the main sanctuary.

We also have a youth program called Restoration at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. This gives kids a chance to have more time specifically focused on them and their needs and growth in the gospel—and we have a blast doing it!
