History of CCF

Though Christ Community Fellowship is a non-denominational church, its roots can be traced back to the 1870s and First Baptist Church in Walla Walla. After a couple of relocations and name changes, CCF purchased its current land and buildings from Liberty Christian School in 1986, signing a 30-year lease with the school so it could continue using the facilities. When that lease expired in 2016, CCF and LCS signed a new agreement to continue sharing the facilities.

For a more detailed history of the church, including the names of pastors dating back to 1879, check out this condensed history of CCF put together by Dean Van Dong in 2010.

CCF now has a Sunday morning service at 10:00 a.m. that is frequented by around 100 members and guests on any given week. There's also a thriving women's ministry, growing men's ministry, a rejuvenated student ministry, and many outreach efforts in the community.

We look forward to welcoming you at church, and we encourage you to ask questions or reach out to Pastor Matt or our elders
